Angel & Susana are two experienced Mexican chefs that have been creating delicious food influenced by their native and local cuisine in Guerrero and Michoacan Mexico for over a decade! (Their native states). Two beautiful Mexican states with a delicious variety and depth of flavors brought to our doorstep here in Salem, OR..
Armando and Eva are local Salem entrepreneurs at heart that saw an opportunity to be a part of something real, authentic, clean & modern, and most of all, DELICIOUS! :) Angel and Susana were just the kind hearted and hard working couple to team up with.
